OVERVIEW
The Ironhead IAR220 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. The model was made for all axle positions on the vehicle.
The tire promotes great all weather traction. The symmetric ribbed tread design with the micro-siping pattern of the groove walls works together with the all season compound to boost the dry, wet and winter weather traction. The tread's siping placement improves the grip on the road surface with additional biting edges, ensuring the tire's forward motion throughout the performance. On the other hand, the stronger compound elements enhance the rubber flexibility in various temperatures, optimizing the summer and winter traction. The circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from the footprint, resulting in a safer wet weather performance.
