OVERVIEW

The Hi-Run SU12 is an all season tire manufactured for lawn mowers and other garden equipment vehicles.

The tire offers great all weather traction. The tread pattern's chevron pattern and the tire's flat footprint work together to boost the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The chevron pattern offers a soft traction that still enables the tire's excellent performance throughout the year, while the flat footprint's optimal road contact enables the tire's first-rate controllability all year round. The better traction and performance ensure a secure driving experience.

The flat footprint's close terrain surface contact boosts its controllability. In other words, the tire's optimal footprint enhances the steering responsiveness and driving stability. The steering becomes faster and more precise in its responsiveness to the driver's commands, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the model. The optimal terrain surface conditions, in this manner, enable the driver to confidently control the vehicle.

The SU12 performs in a turf friendly way. Its flat profile and square shoulders optimize the tire's terrain surface contact and offers a softer traction. This prevents the tread design and the tire's footprint from damaging the turf and grass field during its performance. As the turf surface is not harmed, the tire is perfect for use on residential riding lawn mowers.

This is a bias ply tire. Due to the tire's internal construction and size, it is possible that the tire will look deformed. Smaller bias ply tires do not have reinforced constructions that can keep the tire from deforming. The bias construction and the small tire's non-reinforced internal structure allow the tire to fold in when it is deflated or not properly inflated. This is not constructional damage or an issue; it is a normal occurrence with such tires. In such cases, the tire needs to be mounted and inflated to the proper PSI or, in some instances, an inner tube needs to be added. The proper PSI and the inner tube are able to maintain the tire's ideal shape, preventing the bias plies from looking deformed. This ensures their performing safety and durability.
