The Hi-Run LQ229 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for trailers. This model should not be mounted on light trucks. The all season compound and the ideal tread design enhance the all weather traction and the hydroplaning resistance. The better traction allows the tire to greatly reduce the rolling resistance, which in turn lowers the towing vehicle's fuel consumption levels. The maintained surface contact of the ribbed block pattern enhances the controllability, while effectively avoiding the tire's wandering. The LQ229 also upgrades the load capacity by keeping the ideal tire shape.
