OVERVIEW

The Hankook Dynapro HT is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks. This model has some commercial van sizes available and has some touring, passenger vehicle sizes as well. Hankook offers a 40,000 mile treadwear warranty with light truck and commercial van sizes and a 70,000 mile treadwear warranty with passenger and SUV sizes.

The tire has great all weather traction and it grips the road well in all weather conditions. The LPAH, or low polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, compound used in the tire’s manufacture grips the road in dry, wet and winter weather. The multi-depth lateral lugs upgrade the usability of the tire with their long lasting presence and they increase the tire’s road gripping ability. The four wide circumferential tread grooves raise the tire’s hydroplaning resistance and wet weather traction by eliminating water from below the tire footprint. As a result, the tire is safer to use year round.

The model’s handling is improved by the enhanced steering responsiveness and driving stability. The high stiffness center rib and the interconnecting tread elements upgrade the steering responsiveness and accuracy, the tire is quick and precise in its response to the driver’s commands and it provides good road feedback, which ensures that the driver is capable of confidently controlling the tire in all conditions. The driving stability is the result of the high tensile steel belts and the reinforced tire carcass which stabilize the tire against the external driving forces affecting it. The better steering responsiveness and driving stability make the tire’s handling effortless.

The tire is extremely damage resistant. Firstly, its compound resists chipping, cutting, and abrasions that can cause harm to the tread area. Secondly, its internal structure, featuring the high-tensile strength sidewall rubber and the reinforced under-tread protective layer, avoids external and internal damage that can be caused by impacts sustained while the tire is in motion. The strengthened tire structure and compound offer a safer driving experience.

The Dynapro HT’s performing ability was improved. The multi-depth lateral lugs provide additional biting edges during the drive. The nylon jointless reinforced belt in the internal structure maintains the optimal tire shape under the high speed highway driving pressure. The combination of the two ensures that the tire is safe to use at any speed, which enables the tire to perform to its highest capability.
