OVERVIEW
The Hankook AM09+ is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model was made for the vehicle's steer axle.
The tire improves the all weather traction. The all season compound and the stabilized footprint with the siping placement enhance the dry, wet and winter weather grip on the road surface. The stronger compound elements optimize the rubber flexibility in versatile temperatures, enhancing the heat of summer and colder winter situations. The siping placement and the stabilized tread elements boost the grip on the road surface with extra biting edges during the performance. The circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from the footprint, resulting in a secure wet weather performance.
The solid shoulder ribbed tread design greatly improves the surface contact while the tires are in motion. They manage to upgrade the steering responsiveness and the driving stability throughout the performance. They promote a quicker and more precise response to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the tire.
