Goodyear Fuel Max LHT
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- All season traction
- Fuel efficient performance
- Longer lasting tread life
- Upgraded load durability
OVERVIEW
The Goodyear Fuel Max LHT is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. It was made for the vehicle's trailer axle.
The tire promotes excellent all season traction. The symmetric ribbed tread design and the all season compound greatly upgrade the dry, wet, and winter weather grip on the road surface. The tread elements manage to firmly grip the road surface with extra biting edges. The stronger compound optimizes the rubber flexibility in versatile temperatures, enhancing the summer and winter weather application. The circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from the footprint, effectively further enhancing the wet weather performance.
The better traction and the optimized fuel-saving compounds used in the tire's manufacture work together to ensure a fuel efficient performance. The flat footprint and the advanced tread and sidewall compounds keep the tire cool during the drive. As pressure build-up is avoided, the tire decreases the rolling resistance. Lowering the rolling resistance allows the tire to greatly reduce the towing vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emission levels. This results in a fuel conscious and environmentally friendly driving experience.
A longer lasting usability is also guaranteed. The durable compound elements, the stronger casing and the solid ribbed tread design significantly improve the tread life length. The stronger compound elements allow the tire to reduce the treadwear rate with the wear-resistant compound elements. The ribbed tread design ensures even pressure circulation, which effectively avoids irregular wear formations across the tread area. The slow and even wear greatly upgrades the overall service life.
The Fuel Max LHT increases the load durability as well. The reinforced internal structure enables the tire to maintain the ideal tire shape under the load and driving pressure. As the tire does not deform under pressure, it is able to significantly increase the overall load capacity. This results in a heavy load durability and a safer performing capability.
