From the first phone call to shop to driving out the installer door everything went well only thing I would do different is have ups deliver as fedex has gotten worse these days I will never ship anything with them,,but got to say my caddy is riding like a new car and don’t forget yes you’ll need a alignment also and alignment should be checked all the time so your new tires last
