The Goodyear Eagle F1 GS EMT is a high performance, summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. The tire offers great dry and wet weather traction, while also enhancing the hydroplaning resistance. The Extended Mobility Technology enables the tire to withstand the weight of the vehicle for 50 miles up to 50 mph in case of air pressure loss. The maintained road contact enhances the steering and driving stability. The Eagle F1 GS EMT's compound enhances the high speed road grip, and the internal structure prevents deformity under the high speed pressure to boost the tire's performance.
The tire was made with the EMT technology, that allows it to be driven in for a limited temporary time after air pressure loss.
The summer compound and the directional tread design enhance the dry and wet weather traction, but it is not made for snow performance.
