It improves steering responsiveness and driving stability. The outer ribs help the tire have better cornering and maneuvering as well. The Goodyear Armor Max ESD offers excellent load capacity and handling power, thanks to a strengthened internal structure and a durable rubber compound.

The ideal tread design and the all season compound enhance the tire's year-round traction.

The ribbed tread pattern keeps the road contact at all times, while the all season compound maintains flexibility in changing temperatures. These elements boost the tire's dry, wet, and winter-weather traction. Circumferential grooves actively prevent hydroplaning. They eliminate water and slush from the footprint and protect the tire against slipping in wet-weather conditions.

The model provides excellent controllability.

The ribbed tread pattern, with the large elements, maintains consistent road contact for better steering responsiveness and driving stability. The steering response time is faster and more precise to the driver's commands. The structure is secured against the driving pressure.
