The Firestone FD600is a highway terrain, all season tire made for commercial vehicles. This model is specially designed for the vehicle's drive axle. The tread is made of a strong compound to slow its tread wear down. The structure is reinforced for better load carrying ability. This also strengthens the tire against deformations, so it can keep its optimal shape. Both the shoulder- and center blocks are sharp-edged, forming a flat footprint that stabilizes the tire. This also enhances the tire's steering responsiveness, improving maneuverability. With the deep tread and the flat footprint, the FD600 boasts an extended service life.

It is also made of an incredibly sturdy compound, making the tread and casing even stronger. This ability allows it to carry and withstand heavy loads, making the commercial vehicle more effective overall.
