The Firestone Destination X/T is an extreme terrain, all season tire manufactured for light trucks. Firestone offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

The tire enhances extreme terrain performance with the optimal tread design. The flat footprint features staggered tread elements and wide grooves which work together to boost the grip on soft, loose and uneven terrain surfaces. This combination ensures the tire's secure off-road performing ability, while also maintaining its on-road grip. The tread's self-cleaning nature avoids stone retention by eliminating rocks from the footprint, which keeps rocks from drilling into the tire and harming the casing. This pattern also keeps the footprint clean of mud and snow, preventing them from cutting off the tire's surface contact by packing between the tread elements. This results in the tire's exceptionally versatile terrain driving safety.

The model also improves its heavy duty durability and controllability. The stronger internal structure does not allow the tire to deform under the driving pressure, enabling the tire to increase its load capacity.
