OVERVIEW

The Falken Rubitrek A/T 01 is an all terrain, all weather tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks. Falken offers a 55,000 mile treadwear warranty with this tire model.

The tire promotes great all weather traction. The silica-based tire compound and the special tread design improve dry, wet, and winter weather road grip. The compound keeps its flexibility even in colder temperatures, while the tread design finds good road grip at all times. Wide grooves manage to prevent hydroplaning, by dispersing water and slush from below the tire’s footprint. The different shaped tread elements, on the other hand, manage to eliminate snow from blocking the tire from its contact with the road surface. The enhanced road grip ensures a comfortable driving experience in all weather.

The staggered tread blocks, their stiff tread area, deeper tread design, and the upper sidewall design enhance soft, loose, and uneven terrain road grip. In this manner, the tire is capable of securely performing on all off-road surfaces. The tread elements maintain a clean footprint to ensure constant road contact, by ejecting rocks and evacuating mud stuck between the tread elements. This also prevents stone retention from harming the tire’s casing. The better all terrain performance promotes a secure driving experience in all conditions.

The maintained road contact of the tread design enhances controllability. The tread elements and the 3D siping detail enhance the road grip, stabilizing the drive. As the tire’s tread elements firmly grip the road contact, its steering responsiveness and driving stability are upgraded. In other words, the steering becomes quick and precise in its responsiveness to the driver’s commands, while the tire’s structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting it.
