OVERVIEW
The Duraturn Travia M/T is a mud terrain, all season tire manufactured for light trucks.
The tire offers excellent all weather traction. The all season tire compound and the tread design with the large tread blocks and high void ratio boost the dry, wet and light winter weather traction. The tire offers first-rate traction as the compound maintains its flexibility even in colder temperatures, while the tread elements firmly grip the road surface to boost the year round performance. The high void ratio eliminates snow from the tread grooves to prevent the tire's footprint from being blocked from its contact with the road surface.
The tread design enhances the off-road performance. The large, staggered tread blocks and the high void ratio enable the tire to conquer all soft, loose and uneven terrain surfaces with ease. The special sidebiters increase the gripping ability when driving through deep mud or loose dirt and upgrade the tire's forward motion in such conditions. The high void ratio and the cleaning bars located between the tread blocks disperse mud and eject rocks stuck between the tread elements. This avoids stone retention from harming the tire's casing and guarantees constant road contact. The sidebiters also manage to prevent off-road damage, such as cuts and abrasions, to provide a safer off-road driving experience.
The Travia M/T is easily controlled. The tread design and the stronger internal structure work together to improve the controllability and durability. The tread design's optimal road contact boosts the steering responsiveness and driving stability. In other words, the tire's structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting it and the steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver's instructions. The reinforced structure features a jointless nylon spiral wrap cap ply that prevents the deformation of the tire's shape. The optimal tire shape enhances the tire's driving and load durability, making it stronger during its performance.
