The Dunlop SP Sport 01 is a high performance summer tire manufactured for performance and passenger vehicles.
The model provides excellent summer weather traction and road gripping ability. The special silica compound and the asymmetric Tri-Area-Tread design boosts the safety, comfort and the high speed performance to ensure a first-rate summer weather performance. The tire is not meant to be used in winter weather as the tire compound loses its great road gripping capability in colder temperatures. The tread pattern's deep circumferential and wave grooves effectively avoid hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from below the tire footprint. The tire promotes superb handling and controllability. The aramid reinforced bead structure increases the tire's steering responsiveness by maintaining constant road contact.
