Deestone D405A
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- Versatile terrain traction
- Upgraded driving durability
- Turf-friendly performance
- Enhanced controllability
OVERVIEW
The Deestone D405A is an all season tire made for lawn mowers and garden tractors.
The ideal tread pattern increases surface contact throughout the drive. The tire's consistent surface contact improves the tire's steering responsiveness and driving stability. It upgrades its steering responses and accuracy to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. As a result, the tire offers better handling and maneuvering on various turf terrain surfaces.
This model promotes a turf-friendly performance. The optimized footprint and the ideal tread design improve soft traction while the tires are in motion. The soft traction minimizes the pressure affecting the driving surface, which prevents the tire from harming the turf and grass fields. This tire is perfect for lawn mowers, as the tread design will not damage the grass field during its performance.
This tire promotes excellent damage resistance, by combining the durable structure, the ideal tread, and the stronger compound. The stronger structure and the ideal compound blend protect the tire throughout its performance. They effectively improve the tire's usability, by preventing tread and casing damage. The tire is protected at all times, promoting better driving safety levels.
The Deestone D405A ensures great different terrain applications. This tread design improves performance on soft and loose turf terrains, as the tread firmly grips the driving surface to ensure a constant forward motion all the time. The combination of these tread features promotes superb on-road and turf performance.
This is a bias ply tire. Due to the tire's internal construction and size, it is possible that the tire will look deformed. Smaller bias ply tires do not have reinforced constructions that can keep the tire from deforming. The bias construction and the small tire's non-reinforced internal structure allow the tire to fold in when it is deflated or not properly inflated. This is not constructional damage or an issue; it is a normal occurrence with such tires. In such cases, the tire needs to be mounted and inflated to the proper PSI or, in some instances, an inner tube needs to be added. The proper PSI and the inner tube are able to maintain the tire's ideal shape, preventing the bias plies from looking deformed. This ensures their performing safety and durability.
The photo is a representation of the tire's possible deformation, it does not represent the specific tire model, size, tread pattern and application.

This specific tire model features a BIASED ply construction.
There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.
This is a Tubed Type Tire (TT), which requires an inner tube to properly function. This purchase does not include the inner tube or flaps.
The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
