OVERVIEW
The Cosmo CT519T is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. It was made to be mounted on the trailer axle.
The tire offers excellent all weather traction. The all season compound and the optimized tread pattern increase the dry, wet and winter weather grip on the road surface. The durable compound maintains the rubber flexibility in various temperatures, while the symmetric ribbed tread design with the siping detail manages to enhance the number of biting edges gripping the road surface at all times. The ideal circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the footprint. As a result, the tire guarantees a safer driving experience.
The symmetric ribbed tread design also maintains the tire's surface contact throughout the drive. This pattern creates a flat footprint which enables the tire to closely follow the road surface throughout the drive. The better road contact boosts the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. The steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the towing vehicle's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the tire.
