OVERVIEW
The Cooper Discoverer H/T Plus is a highway terrain all season tire manufactured for SUV, crossover and light truck vehicles.
The model has superb all weather traction and, due to its tread design and all season tire compound, it grips the road well in dry, wet and winter weather. The circumferential grooves disperse water and slush from beneath the tire footprint. This prevents dangerous hydroplaning situations and it enhances the wet weather traction. As a result, the tire is safe to use all year.
The longer lasting tread life is thanks to the lateral siping and grooves and the alternating tread block elements. This special tread pattern prevents irregular wear across the tread area by uniformly distributing the driving pressure and the force of acceleration, cornering and braking along the tire surface. This allows the tire to be usable for a longer period of time and, with it, extends the tire's life. The changing elements in the tread design create a variable pitch sequence on the tire.
