Continental VancoWinter 2
Continental VancoWinter 2
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- Winter weather traction
- Enhanced controllability
- Upgraded load durability
OVERVIEW
The Continental VancoWinter 2 is highway terrain, winter tire manufactured for commercial vehicles.
The tire improves the winter weather traction. The model combines the winter compound and the symmetric tread design which boost the winter weather, ice and snow grip. The stronger compound elements optimize the rubber flexibility in freezing temperatures, by utilizing stronger rubber materials during the manufacturing process. The symmetric tread design with the high-density zigzag sipe pattern enhances the grip on the road surface with additional biting edges, optimizing the ice and snow traction. The circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from the footprint, resulting in a safer wet weather performance.
The model improves the controllability with the symmetric ribbed tread design. The maintained surface contact enables the tire to upgrade the steering responsiveness and the driving stability, greatly enhancing the driver's control over the vehicle. The shoulder block pattern and the zigzag sipes provide additional biting edges in order to grip the road surface during maneuvering. The high-density siping placement also helps to enhance the braking ability. They generate friction between the tire and the road surface, shortening the braking distance and optimizing the driver's control over the vehicle on ice- and snow-covered road surfaces.
The VancoWinter 2 features a reinforced internal structure which allows the tire to maintain the ideal tire shape at all times. As the tire does not deform, the model is able to securely carry and withstand heavy loads with ease. In this manner, the tire is able to greatly improve the load and driving durability throughout the performance.
- Fast and Free Shipping
If an order is placed before 1 pm EST on a business day we ship the order the same day.
If it is placed after 1 pm EST or over the weekend, we will ship the order out the following business day. Depending where you are located in the 48 contiguous states, our shipping courier will take approximately 1-6 business days to deliver the tires to you from any of our four main warehouses located in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Florida and/or our smaller warehouses which are located across the country.
Due to the nature of shipping, packages may be separated at the shipping courier's facility and not delivered on the same day, even though shipped together. You'll receive a master tracking number via email to check on the courier's website for updates. For instance, you may receive 3 tires on one day and the 4th on the following day, or one tire one day and another the day after. We understand this may be inconvenient at times but it's beyond our control.
