OVERVIEW
The Continental VanContact A/S is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vans.
The tire offers a secure all weather performance. The tread design's symmetric ribbed pattern, with the high-density siping detail, increases the grip on the road surface in dry, wet and winter weather, by enhancing the number of biting edges. The all season compound enhances the rubber flexibility in various temperatures and keeps the tire pliable throughout the year. The tread's zigzag circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning. They disperse water and slush from below the footprint and increase the wet and winter traction. This combination ensures the tire's excellent year round performance.
The tread design boosts the controllability. The symmetric ribbed pattern keeps the model's surface contact throughout the drive. This upgrades the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. In other words, the steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver's commands, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the model.
