The Continental HTR2 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model is made to be mounted on trailer positions. The tread design and the special tire compound increase the all weather traction, while the circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water. The reduced rolling resistance lowers the vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. The optimized special tread grooves decrease the road noise heard while the tires are in motion. The tread's ribbed design and wider shoulder area evenly distribute the driving pressure out across the tread to extend the tread life and usability. The HTR2 enhances the load carrying ability and decreases the possibility of damage.
