The Continental CrossContact Winter is a touring winter tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks.

The tire offers excellent winter weather traction and road grip. The asymmetric tread design and the winter weather compound increase the cold temperature, ice and snow traction. The tread's high siping density increases the number of biting edges that firmly grip the road surface when driving on ice- and snow-covered road surfaces. The winter compound is capable of withstanding extremely cold temperatures, without losing its rubber flexibility. The tread's circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning. They disperse water and slush from below the tire's footprint and maintain the tire's contact with the road surface for enhanced driving safety.
