OVERVIEW
The Carlisle USA Trail is a highway terrain, all season bias tire manufactured for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
The tire's bias ply construction enhances its load and driving durability. The bias structure promotes stiffer sidewalls that stabilizes the tire's shape during its performance. This prevents the trailer from swaying while it is towed, which makes the towing vehicle's job easier. This structure also improves the tire's load carrying and withstanding ability. Bias tires have a higher load durability than radial tires, and this tire model is capable of securely performing under the pressure of a heavy weight load.
The bias construction and the flat footprint of the tread design work together to increase the tire's controllability. The bias structure stabilizes the tire's structure against the driving and load pressure affecting it, and it lowers the trailer's sway during the drive, which boosts the towing stability. The flat footprint maintains the tire's road contact at all times and it enlarges the tire's road contact area. This boosts the steering response time and accuracy to the towing vehicle's instructions, providing a safer performing capability.
The USA Trail features an optimized tread design. The symmetric tread design with the zigzag circumferential grooves enhance the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The better year round traction enables the tire to securely perform in all conditions. The circumferential grooves improve the water and slush dispersing capability and actively resist hydroplaning, while the zigzag pattern heightens the number of biting edges gripping the road surface. In this manner, the tire guarantees better traction throughout the year.
- Fast and Free Shipping
If an order is placed before 1 pm EST on a business day we ship the order the same day.
If it is placed after 1 pm EST or over the weekend, we will ship the order out the following business day. Depending where you are located in the 48 contiguous states, our shipping courier will take approximately 1-6 business days to deliver the tires to you from any of our four main warehouses located in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Florida and/or our smaller warehouses which are located across the country.
Due to the nature of shipping, packages may be separated at the shipping courier's facility and not delivered on the same day, even though shipped together. You'll receive a master tracking number via email to check on the courier's website for updates. For instance, you may receive 3 tires on one day and the 4th on the following day, or one tire one day and another the day after.
