OVERVIEW

The Cargo Max RT809 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.

The tire provides exceptional all season traction. The symmetric ribbed tread design and the durable compound work together in order to increase its dry, wet, and winter grip. Extra biting edges are provided by the ribbed footprint, while the compound maintains its rubber flexibility throughout the year. It also features circumferential grooves, which effectively disperse water and slush from the footprint. This combats hydroplaning in wet-weather conditions as well.

The flat footprint and the symmetric ribbed tread design maintain surface contact at all times. This helps to increase steering responsiveness and driving stability. The road contact of the tire actively increases steering responses and accuracy to the towing vehicle's commands. The structure is also secured against driving pressure, optimizing driving and towing stability. As a result, the towing vehicle has exceptional control over the vehicle, optimizing its overall controllability and maneuvering.

The RT809 improves its load durability with a stronger radial structure. This construction does not deform under load and driving pressure, enabling the tire to increase its load-carrying capability. As the tire maintains its optimal shape at all times, it is able to effectively boost its overall load capacity.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
