OVERVIEW

The Caraway WR-078 is an all season, highway terrain tire made for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.

This tire has a tread pattern designed for seamless year round traction It is made with an all season rubber compound that is ideal for wet, dry and winter weather conditions. There are tiny sipes and notches on the shoulder and center ribs that provide enough biting edges for a strong and consistent grip. The other important factor for all weather traction is rubber flexibility. The versatile compound enables the tire to perform at its best in the summer, and throughout the winter as well.

The tread and the casing are both designed with fuel efficiency in mind. By ensuring consistent traction and stability, the detailed tread pattern lowers driving pressure. Less pressure results in less rolling resistance, which saves a lot of fuel in the long run. Since the tire needs less towing to maintain its speed on the highway, CO2 emissions and fuel consumption are both lowered.

The flat five-rib footprint gives the tire a solid base to rely on, greatly enhancing its stability. The tread has a symmetric design to improve surface contact, resulting in quicker and more accurate steering responses. The driving pressure is negated by the tire's structure that is secured against the highway surface. The WR-078 ensures consistent controllability by relying on its strong construction to maintain its optimal shape.
