OVERVIEW

The Bridgestone Turanza T005 RFT is a high performance, summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs.

The tire promotes great summer weather traction. The asymmetric tread design and the summer compound work together to boost the dry and wet weather road gripping ability. The asymmetric tread design enhances the grip on the road surface with a higher number of biting edges. The high silica Nano Pro-tech compound avoids heat build-up and improves the performing capability. The tread’s wide circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water from below the footprint. As a result, the tire improves the summer weather road gripping ability.

The tire features a reinforced internal structure to increase the driving safety levels. The stronger construction enables the tire to withstand the weight of the vehicle and its passengers after air pressure loss. The Turanza T005 RFT manages to increase the fuel efficiency. The optimized summer traction and the reinforced internal structure ease the driving pressure off the tire, minimizing its rolling resistance. The rolling resistance is the driving pressure which regulates the vehicle’s needed fuel intake in order to keep the tires in motion.
