The reduced rolling resistance lowers the vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, and, at the same time, it slows down the tread wear rate. The tread wears out evenly, as the driving force is equally distributed along the tread area. This is made possible with the special tire compound used in the manufacture and with the maximized road contact area of the tire. The slower tread wear rate and the even wear of the tire make it usable for a longer period of time. The tire becomes more cost efficient and environmentally friendly in this way.
