Mud Terrain

The Armstrong Desert Dog MT is a mud terrain, all season tire manufactured for light trucks. Mud terrain traction is ensured with the aggressive tread design's staggered block and high void ratio. The zigzag elements also keep the footprint clean and effectively avoid stone retention. A better road contact upgrades the steering responsiveness and driving stability. The strengthened construction helps to increase the overall load capacity. The reinforced sidewalls and detailed sidewall pattern enhance the damage resistance during the off-road drive. The Desert Dog MT offers a longer-lasting tread life.

Features

Mud Terrain Tire

The aggressive tread design enhances the soft, loose, and uneven terrain traction, while boosting the year round grip.

Self-cleaning Tread

The stone ejectors and staggered blocks prevent stone retention and keep the footprint clean of mud and snow.

Handling

The stabilized tread elements ensure the surface contact at all times, which boosts the steering response and driving stability.

Durability

The optimized structural durability and the tread's pressure circulation enable the tire's better heavy-duty load capacity.

Damage Resistance

The stronger ply and detailed sidewall blocks protect the tire from external damage, like punctures, cuts and impact damage.

Longer Tread Life

The special compound elements and the stability of the tread elements prevent premature and irregular wear.

Great tire

08/07/25

Had these tires installed almost a year ago and I am very happy with them. 22k miles on them and can easily see another 30-40 k miles on them. 35x12. 5x17MT. Very aggressive in the mud.
