OVERVIEW
The Armstrong ATR12 is a highway terrain, all weather tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model was designed for trailer axles.
The tire offers excellent year-round traction. The symmetric ribbed tread design and the durable compound improve the tire’s dry, wet, and winter grip. This helps to effectively improve the tire’s surface traction by generating biting edges. Additionally, stronger rubber materials keep rubber flexibility throughout the year, optimizing their summer and winter performance. Circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning in wet conditions, dispersing water and slush from the footprint. These improvements allow the tire’s exceptional all weather applications.
The tread pattern’s road contact helps to upgrade its controllability. The ribbed tread design helps maintain consistent contact with the road surface, thanks to the solid shoulder ribs.
