The Ameritread Xtreme Grip is a performance and high performance, all season tire made for passenger vehicles and SUVs.

The symmetric tread design and the all season compound work together to upgrade the dry, wet, and light winter-weather performance. The tread's siping placement increases the number of biting edges that grip the road, boosting surface traction. At the same time, the all season compound keeps the tire flexible throughout the year, in various temperatures. The circumferential grooves effectively eliminate water and slush from the footprint, resisting hydroplaning. All of these elements provide a safe year-round traction.

Additionally, the optimized tread design maintains continuous contact with the road, enhancing steering responsiveness and driving stability. In other words, the tire has a quicker and more precise steering response to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the tire. Cornering and maneuvering are guaranteed, ensuring the driver has full control over the vehicle.

High speed performance is also provided with this model.
