American Classic Bias Look Radial
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- Improved controllability
- All season performance
- Longer-lasting tread life
OVERVIEW
The American Classic Bias Look Radial is a touring, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs.
Longer-lasting tread life is guaranteed with this tire. The optimized tire footprint spreads driving pressure equally across the tread area. The even distribution of the forces of acceleration, cornering, and braking prevents irregular wear across the tread area. As a result, the ideal tread pattern is resistant to uneven tread wear as it increases the tire’s driving stability. The improved stability, the slower wearing tread, and the prevention of uneven wear combined extend the tire’s usability.
The ideal tread design maintains surface contact for better controllability. The tire’s footprint and strong structure increase surface contact at all times, boosting steering responsiveness and driving stability. In other words, the tire increases the steering response time and accuracy to the driver’s commands, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. The shoulder design helps enhance the cornering power by providing extra biting edges.
The American Classic Bias Look Radial is able to handle versatile weather conditions. The ideal tread pattern and the all season compound enhance the tire’s dry, wet, and winter weather grip. In this manner, the optimized tread design closely follows the road surface at all times, while the all season compound keeps the rubber flexible in changing temperatures. Circumferential grooves effectively eliminate water and slush from the footprint in order to resist hydroplaning.
There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.
The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.
The sidewall aesthetic characteristic shown on the photos may differ on the actual tires. The exact width of the white wall is not guaranteed.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
