Carlisle Flat Free 4.1-4 2.25ET 5/8" & 3/4" AS A/S All Season Assembly
The Carlisle Flat Free is an all season tire manufactured for lawn mowers and other garden tractors. This is a solid tire, that does not need air pressure to operate. The solid materials enable the tire's damage-free performance. The chevron block pattern across the entire tread area improves its soft and loose terrain grip. These tread elements enable the tire's secure traction and forward motion on various terrains with ease. The Flat Flee enables its surface contact at all times, optimizing its steering responsiveness and driving stability throughout the performance.

Turf terrain traction
Enhanced controllability
This tire is made using special solid micro-cellular polyurethane materials that allow the tire to perform without deforming. In this manner, the tire is able to run without air pressure. Additionally, this also helps to avoid external damage. Punctures, cuts, and impact damage cannot cause air pressure loss, further improving its overall driving safety levels.
The chevron tread pattern, with the arrow-head-shaped blocks and the optimal groove placement, improves the tire's soft and loose terrain grip. These tread elements ensure the tire's exceptional performance and driving safety on versatile terrain surfaces. Their combination helps to increase the tire's overall driving safety and increase its turf terrain applications.
This helps to increase the tire's consistent surface contact while the vehicle is in motion. As a result, the model offers better steering responsiveness and driving stability. This provides quick and precise steering responses, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. It ensures the driver's better control over the vehicle throughout the performance.
Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Assembly listings contain tires with rims for sale. The listed price is for both the tire and the rim. The actual bolt pattern of the rim may differ from the one in the photos, please check the Item Specifications for the actual rim type.
This is a bias ply tire. Due to the tire's internal construction and size, it is possible that the tire will look deformed. Smaller bias ply tires do not have reinforced constructions that can keep the tire from deforming. The bias construction and the small tire's non-reinforced internal structure allow the tire to fold in when it is deflated or not properly inflated. This is not constructional damage or an issue; it is a normal occurrence with such tires. In such cases, the tire needs to be mounted and inflated to the proper PSI or, in some instances, an inner tube needs to be added. The proper PSI and the inner tube are able to maintain the tire's ideal shape, preventing the bias plies from looking deformed. This ensures their performing safety and durability.
The photo is a representation of the tire's possible deformation, it does not represent the specific tire model, size, tread pattern and application.

This specific tire model features a BIASED ply construction.
There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.
The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
