OVERVIEW

The K9 R-1 is an all season tire made for tractors.

The tire promotes exceptional controllability and driving stability on versatile terrain surfaces. The tread elements allow the tire to optimize its contact with the field, boosting steering responsiveness and driving stability. As such, the tire is able to enhance its steering response time and accuracy, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. This enables the tire to significantly increase its handling and maneuvering throughout the performance.

The tire improves its load and driving durability. The reinforced internal structure maintains the ideal tire shape under load and driving pressure. The tire does not deform under pressure, which allows it to greatly enhance its load-carrying and withstanding ability. In this manner, the tire is able to greatly upgrade its load capacity and handling power.

Better on- and off-road performance is promoted with this model. The ideal tread pattern boosts the grip on road and terrain surfaces. It guarantees the tire’s consistent forward motion, allowing it to effectively perform on different terrains. At the same time, the tread elements keep the footprint clean of mud and snow. The tread design also avoids stone retention, as rocks cannot drill into the tread area and harm the casing.

The K9 R-1 provides great all season traction. The optimized tread design keeps the surface contact in versatile weather conditions, while the all season compound maintains flexibility in warm and cold temperatures. They increase dry, wet, and winter-weather traction. 

This specific tire model features a BIASED ply construction.

There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.

This is a Tubed Type Tire (TT), which requires an inner tube to properly function. This purchase does not include the inner tube or flaps.

The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
