OVERVIEW

The Michelin X Tweel Turf is an all season tire manufactured for lawn mowers and other garden equipment.

This model is able to perform without the use of air pressure, as it is an airless tire. The reinforced poly-resin spokes maintain the ideal tire shape and enable the tire's safe performance. Without the need of air pressure, the tire will not experience flats or downtime caused by external damage. This combination enables the tire's exceptional performance.

The tread design, with the staggered block placement and high void ratio, increases its turf terrain performance. The tread elements provide traction on soft and loose surfaces, which increases its overall turf applications. This footprint is able to securely increase its consistent forward motion, upgrading its lawnmower applications.

The Michelin X Tweel Turf also increases its load durability. The reinforced construction enables the tire's better load handling power. This is achieved with the zero-degree belts, the proprietary design, and stronger poly-resin spokes to increase the load carrying and withstanding capability. This offers a safer performance, even under larger loads.

This is a bias ply tire. Due to the tire's internal construction and size, it is possible that the tire will look deformed. Smaller bias ply tires do not have reinforced constructions that can keep the tire from deforming. The bias construction and the small tire's non-reinforced internal structure allow the tire to fold in when it is deflated or not properly inflated. This is not constructional damage or an issue; it is a normal occurrence with such tires. In such cases, the tire needs to be mounted and inflated to the proper PSI or, in some instances, an inner tube needs to be added. The proper PSI and the inner tube are able to maintain the tire's ideal shape, preventing the bias plies from looking deformed. This ensures their performing safety and durability.
