OVERVIEW

The Leao F816e+ is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. It is designed to be mounted on steer axle positions, but it is suitable for trailer positions as well.

The model ensures great all weather traction. The symmetric ribbed tread design and the all season tire compound increase the dry, wet and winter weather grip on the road surface. The all season tire compound keeps the rubber flexibility in various temperatures, from the heat of summer to colder winter conditions. The tread's symmetric ribbed pattern with the optimal siping placement boosts the surface contact and the grip on the road surface. The circumferential grooves disperse water and slush from below the tire's footprint, maintaining the road contact and enhancing the wet and winter weather grip. This increases the driving safety levels in all weather.

The tread design also helps improve the model's controllability. The symmetric ribbed pattern closely follows the road surface and it keeps the surface contact throughout the tire's performance. The better road contact increases the steering responsiveness and the driving stability significantly. In this manner, the steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver's commands, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the model. The solid shoulder ribs optimize the model's maneuvering. They increase the number of biting edges gripping the road surface and combine them with the constant surface contact to enhance the cornering capability and power. The F816e+ protects itself from damage by utilizing the durable structure and the self-cleaning ability. The tread design, with the optimal groove pattern, features smaller rock-ejecting knobs on the groove bottoms which prevent stones from lodging into the tread area. These knobs help eliminate rocks stuck between the tread elements before they can drill into the casing and harm the tire. The result is the tire's prevention of stone retention. The stronger compound and the stronger steel belt structure protect the tire from punctures, cuts and impact damage, which may shorten the tire's service life. Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
