OVERVIEW

The Hercules Low-Pro H-D is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model is designed to be mounted on trailer axle positions.

The tire enhances the all season traction. The durable, all weather compound and the ribbed and detailed footprint work together to upgrade the dry, wet, and winter weather grip on the road surface. The tread design with the optimal siping pattern increases the grip with extra biting edges, while the compound keeps the rubber flexibility throughout the year. The zigzag circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning. They disperse water and slush from the footprint in wet conditions. These enhancements greatly boost the year round performing ability.

A better controllability and towing ability are improved with the ribbed tread design. The flat footprint and the symmetric ribbed tread design upgrade the surface contact, which improves the steering responsiveness and driving stability. As a result, the tire promotes a quick and precise steering response to the towing vehicle's commands, while it also secures the structural stability. As a result, the tire greatly boosts the towing vehicle's control over the vehicle, resulting in a secure towing experience.

The Low-Pro H-D upgrades the load durability as well. The reinforced internal structure keeps the ideal tire shape under the load and driving pressure. Since the tire maintains the shape, it is able to significantly boost the overall load capacity. This results in the better load handling ability, promoting the tire's more durable performance.

This is a bias ply or diagonal tire. Due to the tire's internal construction and size, it is possible that the tire will look deformed. Smaller diagonal tires do not have reinforced constructions that can keep the tire from deforming. The bias construction and the small tire's non-reinforced internal structure allow the tire to fold in when it is deflated or not properly inflated. This is not constructional damage or an issue; it is a normal occurrence with such tires. In such cases, the tire needs to be mounted and inflated to the proper PSI or, in some instances, an inner tube needs to be added. The proper PSI and the inner tube are able to maintain the tire's ideal shape, preventing the bias plies from looking deformed. This ensures their performing safety and durability.
