Norton Shopping Guarantee Program
Priority Tire offers an extra safe shopping experience by partnering with Norton Shopping Guarantee.
All orders made on the Priority Tire website can be registered for the Norton Shopping Guarantee Program. Customers who register their purchases with Norton are eligible to open claims for shipping issues, price drops, and identity theft. The Norton Customer Service Team promptly responds to all filed claims.
The Norton Shopping Guarantee Program includes:

Purchase Guarantee
Package Protection, which is provided by EasyPost, covers the loss, damage, and theft of shipped packages. Norton offers a refund of up to $1000 for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Lowest Price Guarantee
If the price drops on the Priority Tire website within 30 days of purchase, Norton reimburses the difference, up to $100. Tires purchased with specific promotions, coupons, or bundle offers are not eligible for the Lowest Price Guarantee.

Identity Theft Protection
In the case of Identity Theft, Norton provides access to identity recovery services and will reimburse customers up to $10,000 for attorney fees, removing criminal judgments, and disputing credit reports.
All of this is offered at no extra cost for our customers! However, customers need to register their Priority Tire order with Norton to be eligible to file a claim when necessary. Once an order is finalized, our customers receive the Purchase Guarantee via email directly from Norton, where they can follow instructions to register the order.
Claims related to any order from Priority Tire need to be filed with Norton. All claims must be filed within 30 (thirty) days from the Date of Purchase, even if all terms of sale are not yet fulfilled.
