OVERVIEW
The Dean Tires Back Country A/T2 is an all terrain, all season tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks. The Dean Tires offers a 60,000 miles treadwear warranty with SUVs sizes, and a 55,000 miles treadwear warranty with light truck sizes.
The tread design and the all season compound guarantees great all weather traction. The tread design firmly grips the road surface with extra biting edges. This and the all season compound promote great dry, wet, and winter weather performance. The special compound keeps the rubber flexible in both hot and cold temperatures. Wide grooves prevent hydroplaning, by dispersing water and slush from below the footprint during the on-road performance.
The tread design and the rubber compound offer longer-lasting tread life. The tread design and the consistent road contact enable the tire to evenly distribute pressure along the tread area. The rubber compound slows the treadwear rate down, even during the tire's all terrain applications. This tread design and rubber compound protect the tire from irregular and premature wear formations. The decreased and even wear significantly boosts the tire's service life and usability.
The model promotes great traction on both on- and off-road terrains. The aggressive tread design and the durable compound ensure traction in all terrain conditions. The special tread element and the aggressive tread pattern increase the tire's surface grip on soft, loose, and uneven terrains. This model also enhances traction on deep mud and soft dirt surfaces. Thanks to the tread elements, this tire is able to safely perform on all terrain surfaces.
The Dean Tires Back Country A/T2 also enables a quiet and comfortable performance. The tread generates a noise-canceling frequency that decreases the road noise heard in the vehicle's cabin. The frequency negates the noise generated by the tread while the tires are in motion, decreasing the intensity of road disturbances reaching the passengers. This ensures the passengers' driving enjoyment.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
- Fast and Free Shipping
If an order is placed before 1 pm EST on a business day we ship the order the same day.
If it is placed after 1 pm EST or over the weekend, we will ship the order out the following business day. Depending where you are located in the 48 contiguous states, our shipping courier will take approximately 1-6 business days to deliver the tires to you from any of our four main warehouses located in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Florida and/or our smaller warehouses which are located across the country.
Due to the nature of shipping, packages may be separated at the shipping courier's facility and not delivered on the same day, even though shipped together. You'll receive a master tracking number via email to check on the courier's website for updates. For instance, you may receive 3 tires on one day and the 4th on the following day, or one tire one day and another the day after. We understand this may be inconvenient at times but it's beyond our control.
