How to Apply for a Cooper Tire Rebate

With online confirmation available, you can receive your reward faster! Submit this form online by going to coopertirespromos.com. You will need to follow the directions to enter your name, address, purchase details and upload your receipt. Work orders will not be accepted. Reward requests must be submitted online by 12/31/2025.

Priority Tire will email you a copy of your invoice after the order is placed. You will need to fill out the form on the above-mentioned link and submit it with the invoice. Screenshots of website order placed pages and order/shipment confirmation emails will not be accepted by Cooper Tires.
