OVERVIEW

The Continental HDC1 is a highway terrain, all season tire made for commercial vehicles. This model is made to be mounted on drive axle positions.

The all season performance is provided with this tire. The ribbed tread pattern and the durable all season compound offer great year-round traction. In other words, the tread design manages to maintain road contact all the time, while the compound keeps the rubber flexible in warm and cold conditions. On the other hand, wide grooves eliminate water and slush from the footprint for better performance in wet situations. These grooves resist hydroplaning.

The ribbed tread pattern and the close road contact upgrade steering responsiveness and driving stability. This guarantees excellent steering response time and accuracy to the driver's commands, while the structure is stabilized against driving pressure. This road grip also enables the tire to boost cornering and maneuvering. This tread design and road contact guarantee the tire's safe performance on highway terrains.

The tread pattern and the durable rubber compound guarantee a quiet and comfortable driving experience. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.

The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
