OVERVIEW

The Presa PI02 Winter is a touring winter tire manufactured for passenger vehicles.

This studless winter tire ensures excellent winter weather traction. The tread design and the shoulder tread blocks firmly grip the snow and ice-covered road surface. The tread's circumferential and lateral grooves actively resist hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire's footprint. They also manage to maintain a clean footprint by eliminating snow stuck between the tread elements. As a result, the tire is capable of performing safely in all colder temperature and winter weather road conditions.

The diamond shaped tread pattern boosts the model's handling and cornering ability. The center rib keeps the tire close to the road surface, which enhances the steering responsiveness and driving stability. The steering becomes quick and precise in its response to the driver's commands, while the tire's structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting it. The shoulder tread blocks increase the number of biting edges that grip the road surface during cornering and maneuvering. The improved road contact also upgrades the braking capability. It manages to create friction at the moment of braking, which shortens the braking distance significantly and offers an easily controllable tire.
