The Pirelli R89 (A) is a highway terrain, all season tire made for commercial vehicles. This model is built to be mounted on the vehicle's all axle positions. The ribbed footprint and its continuous road contact enhance the tire's steering responsiveness and driving stability. Excellent cornering and maneuvering are offered with this tire as well. The ideal tread and the all season compound upgrade the model's grip in dry, wet, and winter weather. The optimized grooves eliminate water and slush from the footprint and prevent hydroplaning. The Pirelli R89 (A) upgrades its load and driving durability, thanks to the strengthened internal structure and the special silica compound.

The tire offers great all season traction, optimizing its year-round performance.

Year-round traction and hydroplaning resistance are offered with this model. Durable rubber materials keep the tire pliable in changing temperatures, by using weather-resistant rubber. On the other hand, the ideal tread pattern generates biting edges that firmly grip the road surface with extra biting edges. Hydroplaning is avoided thanks to the groove pattern. These grooves prevent water and slush from cutting off the tire’s road contact in wet conditions.

The tire’s controllability is improved.

Great road contact is guaranteed with the ribbed tread design. In this manner, it is able to effectively enhance its steering responsiveness and driving stability. They upgrade the driver’s ideal control over the vehicle throughout its performance. Additionally, the shoulder ribs generate biting edges to optimize cornering, while the tread’s road contact helps shorten the braking distance.
