The Nankang Sportnex NS-2R is a high performance summer tire manufactured for racing vehicles.

The tire offers great summer weather traction. The tread design and the summer weather tire compound combined increase the dry and wet weather road gripping ability. The mainly smooth tread design features circumferential and angled lateral grooves, but not siping detail. This enables its maximized road contact and traction in summer weather conditions, and it allows the tire’s high speed performance. The summer racing compound maintains its flexibility under the high heat performance of the tire. The groove pattern enhances the hydroplaning resistance. It disperses water and slush from below the tire’s footprint and guarantees a safer wet weather driving experience.

The model is approved for both racing and on-road use.
