OVERVIEW
The Michelin XTE2+ is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model was made to be mounted on the vehicle's trailer axle.
All weather traction is ensured with this model. The all season compound and the solid ribbed tread design upgrade the dry, wet, and winter grip on the road surface. The stronger compound elements optimize the rubber flexibility in versatile temperatures, boosting the summer and winter weather performance. The tread with the groove and siping placement, and the solid shoulder ribs upgrade the grip on the road surface. The zigzag circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning as they disperse water and slush from the footprint in wet conditions.
The flat footprint greatly improves the controllability as well. The solid shoulder ribs and the maintained surface contact upgrade the steering responsiveness and driving stability. As a result, the tire promotes great steering response time and accuracy to the towing vehicle's instructions, while the structural stability is maintained at all times. This increases the towing ability by optimizing the towing vehicle's constant control over the trailer. In this manner, the tire offers a better towing experience.
The ribbed tread design and the wear-resistant compound also work together to boost the length of the usability.
