OVERVIEW
The Mastercraft MC-440 is a touring all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. The tire comes in three speed ratings: T, H and V.
The tire's special all season tread design ensures a safer all weather traction. The solid ribs and wide circumferential and lateral grooves guarantee good road gripping abilities. The deep lateral shoulder slots increase the tire's traction throughout the tire's lifetime. The circumferential and lateral grooves prevent hydroplaning situations by eliminating water from blow the tire footprint. The result is a safer year round driving experience.
The tire offers superb all weather performance with the H and V rated tire models. The models with these speed ratings provide a wider footprint as their tread grooves are narrower than that of the T rated model. They also have a computer-generated tread design that optimizes and balances out the tread stability and flexibility. This increases the tire's performing capability in dry, wet and winter weather, without sacrificing its safety.
The MC-440 provides excellent control over the tire. The tread design's ramp-lock center ribs maintain constant road contact and boost the tire's handling. The steering responsiveness becomes quick and precise, allowing the driver to confidently control the vehicle. The model is secured against the driving pressure and it does not deform under the forces of acceleration, braking and cornering. The enhanced cornering ability is also due to the tread design, as the shoulder tread block sequence increases the number of biting edges the tire has for such situations. They firmly grip the road during cornering and maneuvering to boost the ability and power.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.

If it is placed after 1 pm EST or over the weekend, we will ship the order out the following business day. Depending where you are located in the 48 contiguous states, our shipping courier will take approximately 1-6 business days to deliver the tires to you from any of our four main warehouses located in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Florida and/or our smaller warehouses which are located across the country.
Due to the nature of shipping, packages may be separated at the shipping courier's facility and not delivered on the same day, even though shipped together. You'll receive a master tracking number via email to check on the courier's website for updates. For instance, you may receive 3 tires on one day and the 4th on the following day, or one tire one day and another the day after. We understand this may be inconvenient at times but it's beyond our control.
