K9 Forklift
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- Enhanced controllability
- Upgraded load durability
- Year-round performance
OVERVIEW
The K9 Forklift is an all season tire made for industrial vehicles.
The model upgrades its controllability with the directional tread design. The directional tread design utilizes the angled lug pattern, maintaining surface contact at all times. These tread elements boost steering responsiveness and driving stability. In this manner, the tire is quicker and more precise in its response to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the tire. As a result, the tire manages to securely upgrade its handling on different terrains.
Better dry, wet, and winter grip is guaranteed with this model. The all season tire compound and the ideal tread pattern increase dry, wet, and winter-weather road grip. The wide circumferential grooves avoid hydroplaning by eliminating water from beneath the footprint. The enhanced water dispersing ability and the exceptional all season traction work together to guarantee a safe year-round performance.
The K9 Forklift improves its load and driving durability. Tires can deform under load pressure if their construction is not strong enough. Therefore, by reinforcing the sidewalls of this tire, it is able to securely handle larger loads. Great load capacity is ensured as the tire manages to increase its ability to carry and withstand such loads.
This specific tire model features a BIASED ply construction.
There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.
This is a Tubed Type Tire (TT), which requires an inner tube to properly function. This purchase does not include the inner tube or flaps.
The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
