OVERVIEW
The Goodyear Precure G622 RSD is a highway terrain, all season precure tire tread manufactured for commercial vehicles. This tread area was made for drive axle positions.
The tread area features large tread blocks and wide grooves. They work together in order to increase the tire’s dry, wet, and winter weather traction. Their combination significantly boosts the tire’s performance in various temperatures. The compound used is durable, keeping its rubber flexible in different weather. On the other hand, the tread blocks generate biting edges to create traction, while the grooves prevent hydroplaning in wet conditions.
The tread area and the stronger compound blend ensure a lengthened usability. The special wear-resistant compound works with stable tread blocks, which are optimized with the tie-bar shoulders. As a result, they effectively combat premature and irregular wear formations and their combination significantly enhances the tire’s overall service life.
This is a precure tread area that was designed to be used for retreading. Retreading a worn-out tire with it will provide the tire with a new life cycle.
