OVERVIEW

The Firestone Firehawk GTA 03 is a touring, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles.

The tire ensures excellent all weather traction. The asymmetric tread design and the all season tire compound improve the tire's grip on dry, wet and winter weather road surfaces. The asymmetric tread's detailed siping pattern manages to increase the number of biting edges gripping the road surface, while the all weather compound keeps the tire pliable in various temperatures, including in colder winter weather situations. The circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning. They disperse water and slush from below the tire's footprint, significantly upgrading the wet and winter weather performing capability.

The Firehawk GTA 03 improves its controllability with the asymmetric tread design. The model's footprint closely follows the road surface at all times. The closer contact with the road surface upgrades the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. This allows the tire to improve the steering response time and accuracy in its response to the driver's commands, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the model. The tread's larger outer shoulder blocks boost the cornering ability. They provide additional biting edges during cornering which improves the control and driving safety in various conditions.
