The D403 Extra Grip upgrades the load durability as the stronger construction prevents the optimal shape's deformation under the load and driving pressure.

The tread design and the all weather compound boost the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The durable all season compound keeps the rubber flexibility in various temperatures, while the directional lug placement upgrades the all weather and different surface traction. This ensures the tire's secure year round performance both on- and off-road, which guarantees the tire's versatile application possibilities.

The directional tread pattern also upgrades the controllability.

The tread pattern closely follows the road surface which enhances the steering responsiveness and the driving stability.
