The Atlas Tire Desperado II is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks. Atlas Tire offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with this tire model.
The tire promotes great all weather traction. The tire combined its detailed symmetric tread design with the all season tire compound to enhance the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping capability. The detailed tread's siping pattern increases the number of biting edges gripping the road surface throughout the year, while the ribbed pattern closely follows the road surface. The all season compound keeps the tire's flexibility in various conditions, boosting its performing capability. The tread's circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire's footprint. In this manner, the tire guarantees a secure performance in different conditions.
The model's tread design upgrades its controllability. The detailed tread design's optimal pattern increases the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. If an order is placed before 1 pm EST on a business day we ship the order the same day.
If it is placed after 1 pm EST or over the weekend, we will ship the order out the following business day. Depending where you are located in the 48 contiguous states, our shipping courier will take approximately 1-6 business days to deliver the tires to you from any of our four main warehouses located in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Florida and/or our smaller warehouses which are located across the country.
Due to the nature of shipping, packages may be separated at the shipping courier's facility and not delivered on the same day, even though shipped together. You'll receive a master tracking number via email to check on the courier's website for updates. For instance, you may receive 3 tires on one day and the 4th on the following day, or one tire one day and another the day after. We understand this may be inconvenient at times but it's beyond our control.
