Assembly listings contain tires with rims for sale. The listed price is for both the tire and the rim. The actual bolt pattern of the rim may differ from the one in the photos, please check the Item Specifications for the actual rim type.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.

Expected the tires to come mounted on rims, but then you know the sneakiness of the Internet. Then again I'm glad they didn't come mounted because I have 6 hole rims and the rims I expected were 5 hole.
